Book only the consultation. You get an honest read of your eating and a page of written advice. Many people stop there, and that is fine.

The 8-week program. It costs less than buying the consultation and 16 single sessions separately, which would come to ₹12,970.

Take the 12 sessions and skip the plan.

The online plan works from anywhere. You send photos of your plates, I adjust.

How to pay: UPI only, before the service starts. Manav Joshi sends the UPI ID together with your confirmed time, so you never pay before you know when we meet.
Moving a session: 12 hours' notice. A message at 8 pm is enough for a 7:15 session the next morning.
Cancelling a program: Before the first gym session you get back all of it except the consultation fee. On the 8-week program that means ₹11,800 paid and ₹10,350 returned.
After the first session: No refunds for sessions already started, but unused ones can be moved within the 8 weeks.
