1. Data Fiduciary

Ritika Sabharwal Nutrition & Training, 2, Aarey Rd, Passpoli, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400087, decides why and how personal data from this website is used and is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact: consultation@figaway.icu, +91 82914 87603.

2. What the website collects

Only what you type into the booking forms: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email if given, the chosen service, preferred days and time, confirmation of being 18 or older and, if you choose, a description of what you ate over three days. Please do not send us medical records. The server also notes the time a form was opened and keeps a short-lived session to stop automated and repeated submissions.

3. Purpose and consent

The data is used to answer your request, arrange the consultation or sessions and prepare your plan. It is processed on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box in the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to consultation@figaway.icu or by sending "withdraw" on WhatsApp to +91 82914 87603. The Practice then stops using your data, except what a law requires it to keep, and confirms the deletion in reply. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.

4. Where it goes

The form is sent over an encrypted connection to the web server and forwarded by email to consultation@figaway.icu. Only Ritika Sabharwal and Manav Joshi (bookings) read it. Data is not sold or used for advertising. The hosting and email providers process it only to deliver the service. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

5. How long it is kept

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 6 months. Client records are kept while the service runs and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless a law requires longer. Food logs and plate photos are deleted together with the client record; WhatsApp chats are cleared from the business phone at the same time.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may ask for a summary of your data, its correction, completion or erasure, nominate another person, and raise a grievance. Write to consultation@figaway.icu; a reply follows within 30 days. If the matter is not resolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security and cookies

Reasonable security practices under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 are followed: access is limited to two people and devices are password protected. The services are offered to adults aged 18 and over only. Cookies are described on the cookie settings page.
