1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. This website, run by Ritika Sabharwal Nutrition & Training, Goregaon East, Mumbai, uses as few of them as possible.

2. Necessary cookies

Name: consent. Content: a short record of your choice, for example whether Google Fonts are allowed. Lifetime: 180 days. It is set by this website only, is not shared with anyone and contains no name, phone number or other personal detail. It is needed so that the banner does not appear on every page. It is set with SameSite=Lax, so other websites cannot send it along with their own requests.

Name: PHPSESSID. Set only when a page with the booking form opens. It holds a random session number that lets the server issue a one-time form token and count how many requests come from the same browser, so the form cannot be flooded. It is deleted when you close the browser and holds nothing you typed.

3. Google Fonts, only with your permission

The site can display its text in fonts served by Google from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. When they load, your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google, which handles them under its own privacy policy. These fonts load only after you click Accept or switch them on above. If you reject them, the site uses the fonts already on your device and works the same way.

4. What is not used

No analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, no social media buttons and no embedded maps. Photos are loaded from an image service, which receives the usual technical request data needed to deliver a picture. The booking form itself sends nothing to any outside service.

5. Changing your mind

Use the switch on this page or the link "Change cookie choice" in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then ask again. Withdrawing consent for Google Fonts takes effect from the next page you open, and nothing already sent to Google can be recalled by this site. Rejecting optional cookies never blocks the booking form, the prices or any other part of the site.

6. Legal basis and contact
